Very friendly and helpful staff. Our car was parked for us and the concierge staff did their utmost to help us pack the bags into the car when leaving. Hotel gave us a nice upgrade which was of course wonderful. Location of the hotel is excellent if you like to be close to the shops, Tuileries gardens and the Louvre.

Location was as expected brilliant. Just walk out of the door and everything was nearby that we wanted. The neighbourhood was really lovely. Breakfast was excellent. Lovely dining room. Room was comfortable and well equipped. Reception and bar staff excellent.

Great breakfast, beautiful hotel and great location! The room and bathroom were spacious for Paris standards. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Overall would definitely stay there again and recommend

i like the property because of the location and Incan say that the value for money and what I paid is defintely. worth it this hotel is a prime location for shopers BESIDE CHANEL& DIOR and other brands. i love this property because I feel safe when I walk alone around the area. the staff welcoming staff especially concierge and the One who helps my luggages and shopping bags are so nice. there are a few front office staff who gives me the attitude but not a big deal at all to me. but to a hospitality point of view they should be able to deal Fairly with Guest regardless with culutural difference or race or status of guest. they should not show guest that theyre dissappointed of being asked again. example scenrario had a cab requested for dinner so the front office did not say any ff up or confirmation that the fab was confirmed so i didnt mind at first but when i made sure that she got us a cab I asked hi sorry to ask were u able to book the cab? and she gave me the face… like hello thats your job. haha.. excemption to the FO who checked me in upon arrival. that should be the standards of their persona
